Watch the boys from “YidLife Crisis,” Jamie Elman (Curb Your Enthusiasm, Mad Men, Student Bodies) and Eli Batalion (The Legend of Beaver Dam, Stage Fright, JOB: The Hip-Hop Musical) present their award-winning 18+ Yiddish comedy series in a night of screening, festivity and live shtickery.

WIth a special appearance by comedian Deb Filler!

ABOUT YIDLIFE CRISIS: Drinking in the very best that Montreal’s multicultural Mile End has to offer, Chaimie and Leizer, best friends and debating adversaries, tackle life, love, and lactose intolerance in this foodie centric web series done entirely in their grandparents’ Yiddish.

ABOUT DEB FILLER: Recent projects include: Mr Bernstein a short film about a young woman who meets Leonard Bernstein in 1974, based on a true story; Talking Heads – a series of monologues written by Broadway and West End writer Alan Bennett, at the Campbell House Museum throughout November 2015; I Lost It In Kiev, a solo show about identity, home and where is home? Ladies and Gentlemen: Biddie Schitzerman! a short film for  BRAVO Arts TV network; My German Roots Are Showing/in process; Topp Country, TV One New Zealand, featuring Deb with the Topp Twins, New Zealand’s most famous yodeling lesbian twins, in an episode about challah bread. The Last Act of Lilka Kadison, developed at Chicago’s Looking Glass Theatre.
